Welcome to Meals for All VI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Subscriptions

Meals for All VI provides meal preparation and delivery services throughout St. Croix, USVI.

Menu Changes: Due to the seasonal nature of local produce and supply chain shifts in the territory, we reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equal quality without prior notice.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Food Safety & Allergies

Your health is our priority, but we operate in a facility that handles various ingredients.

Allergy Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any severe allergies.

Consumption: Once delivered, the customer assumes all responsibility for the proper storage and reheating of food. Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

3. Delivery & Logistics (St. Croix Only)

Delivery Windows: While we strive for punctuality, island traffic and "island time" factors (road conditions, weather) may impact exact delivery times.

Access: Customers must provide clear instructions for gated communities or hard-to-find locations. If we cannot access the property or reach you after 10 minutes of arrival, the order will be left in a safe place or returned to our kitchen, and no refund will be issued.

Weather: In the event of a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning, deliveries may be rescheduled for safety.

4. Payments, Cancellations, & Refunds

Pricing: All prices are in USD.

Cancellations: For individual meal deliveries, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. For catering events, a 7-day notice is required to receive a partial refund of the deposit.

Refund Policy: If there is a documented issue with your order, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Meals for All VI.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by USVI law, Meals for All VI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or the consumption of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the District of St. Croix.
